Aura One Hotel, Kochi

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel amidst the city. The rooms were decently comfortable and large, although being located on the side of the road meant some traffic noise until 2 am. The service was extremely pleasant and helpful, especially from Ms. Sumi and her colleagues. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to Cherai, Kochi Fort, and Lulu Mall. The dining experience was okay but could have had more Kerala dishes. Overall, it was a good value for the money with supportive staff and convenient amenities.

The hotel offers decently comfortable and large rooms, which were exactly as I had booked, new and very cozy. However, some rooms have no window and are very small. The service was extremely courteous and accommodating, especially from Bindhuja, Thanzeera, and Deekshit. The location is highly recommended, convenient for shopping, near major shopping centers, and good food outlets. The dining experience was okay with limited choices, and there was a complementary fruit plate in the evening with a thank you note. The facilities were good overall.

The hotel has neat and clean rooms, though some maintenance issues were present like a leaking toilet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, close to a big mall and Metro station. However, there were reports of cockroaches and mold in some rooms along with broken tiles. The dining options are limited but satisfactory.
